How to book a nail appointment in Da Nang.

Six details to send, one message to keep, and a clear distinction between a request and a booking.

BY DA NANG BEAUTY GUIDE · UPDATED 16 OCTOBER 2026
THE SHORT ANSWER

Send the salon your preferred date and local time, guest count, service for each guest, current product, reference photo and chosen branch. Ask for the full quote and expected duration. Your appointment is confirmed only when the salon accepts the request and agrees the details with you.

1. Date and local time

Use a calendar date rather than only “tomorrow”, especially if you are messaging before a flight. Da Nang uses UTC+7. Tell the salon whether the time is flexible and mention a hard departure time if it affects what service you can request.

2. Guest count and individual services

List each guest separately. “Two people” does not tell the salon whether both want manicure, whether one wants pedicure or whether either needs removal. Say if guests need to be seen together or can take consecutive appointments.

3. Your current nails

Say whether your nails are bare or have existing product. Share the product/service name if known, or send a photo and say you are unsure. This helps the provider plan the assessment and discuss whether removal, a fill or a new set is appropriate.

4. One clear reference

Attach your preferred photo and explain length, shape and the number of art nails. Label any requested changes. Ask which details can be adapted and whether the complete design fits the time you have available.

5. The exact branch

Select a street address, not only the brand or neighbourhood. Ask for a map link and keep it with your confirmation. If the provider suggests a different branch, check the new route and explicitly confirm the change.

6. The quote and confirmation

Ask for the complete price, duration, payment conditions and any deposit or cancellation terms. Do not assume these terms are identical across providers. Keep the salon’s acceptance, address and agreed service together. LENA’s booking page explicitly treats submissions as requests until its team confirms them.

Your ready-to-edit booking message

Hello! I would like [service] on [date] at [local time] for [number of guests], at [branch address]. My nails currently have [product / bare nails / unsure]. I would like [length and design], as shown in my reference photo. Could you confirm the complete price including removal and preparation, the appointment duration, payment conditions and availability?

Questions before you book

Is submitting a form a confirmed appointment?

Not necessarily. LENA’s form is an appointment request; its team must contact you to confirm.

Should I book for a group in one message?

Yes, but list the service and removal needs for each guest and ask whether the group can be accommodated together.

What if my plans change?

Reply in the same booking conversation with your requested change and wait for acceptance. Check the provider’s applicable cancellation or deposit terms.
